Bawwaba is a business formation and compliance agency. We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, or a licensed financial or investment advisor.

Nothing on this website and nothing we tell you is legal, tax, or investment advice. Where your situation calls for it, consult a qualified professional in your country of residence.

We prepare and submit your formation filing to the State of New Mexico, apply for your EIN with the IRS, and prepare and submit your banking and payment-gateway applications.

We do not control the decisions of those bodies. Formation is granted by the State; EINs are issued by the IRS; bank accounts and payment gateways are opened and approved by independent third-party providers, each applying its own criteria. An approval by any of them is theirs to give, not ours to guarantee.

If a bank or payment-gateway application is declined, we will help you re-apply or apply to an alternative provider at no additional service fee.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country and be acting on your own behalf or with authority to act for the company.

Identity verification (KYC/AML) is required for every owner. Applicants in jurisdictions subject to U.S. sanctions cannot be served. If you are unsure whether your country is eligible, ask us before ordering.

We may decline or stop work on an order where verification cannot be completed or where we reasonably believe the service would be used unlawfully.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on this website and are the prices that apply at the time you place your order. We may change prices for future orders.

Payment is taken through our secure checkout, which is operated by a third-party payment processor under its own terms. We do not process or store card details ourselves.

Package and add-on prices, including any bundled pricing, apply as displayed at the moment you complete your order.

Government and state fees, and any third-party provider fees, are included where the package says so and are otherwise your responsibility.

Any timeframes we publish — for formation, EIN issuance, banking or gateway activation — are estimates based on typical processing times, not guarantees.

Government and provider processing times are outside our control and can change without notice.

Because filings and applications are submitted to third parties on your behalf, work begins as soon as your order and verification are complete.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, linked in the site footer. If you want to request one, contact us and we will raise it and follow it up for you.

You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete information. Incorrect details can delay or invalidate a filing, and corrections may incur state or provider fees.

You remain responsible for your company's ongoing obligations — including any filings and taxes owed in your country of residence — and for using the company lawfully.

We are responsible for performing our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses caused by the decisions of the State, the IRS, a bank or a payment provider, by delays outside our control, or by information you gave us that was inaccurate or incomplete.

If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.
